At My Shoulder Bag, we value transparency so you can shop with confidence. We work with trusted fulfillment partners and global carriers to deliver your order reliably and as quickly and safely as possible.

Free Shipping

  • Free shipping on all orders to Australia
  • No minimum purchase required

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed in 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)
  • Orders placed after 12:00 AM (midnight) are treated as placed the next business day
  • You will receive:
    • An order confirmation email immediately after purchase
    • A shipping confirmation email with tracking once your parcel leaves the warehouse

Delivery Times

  • Transit time: 1–9 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Total estimated delivery time (order to delivery): 4–12 business days
  • Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, peak periods, or customs

Carriers

We only partner with trusted international carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, Cainiao, Yanwen, 4PX, and Australia Post for final-mile delivery, to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Every order includes full tracking so you can follow your parcel from dispatch to delivery.

  • A tracking link is emailed to you once your order ships
  • Tracking may take 24–72 hours to activate after dispatch
  • You can also check order status anytime directly through our Order Tracking Page or by logging into your account on our website

Shipping Regions

  • We currently ship to Australia only
  • If your country or region is not listed at checkout, we are unable to ship there

Taxes & Duties

  • Prices are shown in AUD
  • No additional GST, duties, or taxes are charged for Australian customers.
  • Orders ship free to Australia with no surprise costs at delivery

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Please double-check that your shipping address is correct
  • If a parcel is marked Delivered but you cannot locate it, contact the carrier and us within 7 calendar days
  • If a parcel is Returned to Sender due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts: 
    • We can reship (postage may apply)
    • Or refund the item price once returned in saleable condition
