At My Shoulder Bag, we value transparency and want you to shop with confidence. Below are the details of our shipping process and your rights regarding returns and refunds.

Shipping Policy

Fulfillment Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Estimated Delivery Time

We ship directly from our international warehouse. Estimated shipping times are:

  • Australia: 7–12 business days
     Please note: delivery times may vary depending on local customs and logistics.

Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted international shipping providers such as DHL, UPS, Cainiao, Yanwen, 4PX, and local postal services for final delivery.

Tracking Information

Most orders come with tracking numbers, which are provided via email once your item has been dispatched.

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • Australia

If your country is not listed, we unfortunately cannot fulfill your order at this time.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase — but if you change your mind or there’s an issue, here’s how we handle returns.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (order number and email address) is required.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • We do not accept “Return to Sender” packages without prior approval.

How to Initiate a Return

Please contact our customer service team at hello@myshoulderbag.com with the subject “Return Request” and include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo(s) of the product if defective (to help us validate the return)

Once your request is approved, we will provide confirmation and detailed instructions.

⚠️ Please note: Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted. In some cases, we may provide an alternative local return address depending on your location and the product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Depending on your bank, it may take a few days for the funds to appear.
