Returns & Refunds
We want you to feel confident and happy about shopping with us. That's why our returns process is simple, transparent, and with no restocking fees ever. If you need to return an item, here’s how it works:
Policy & Eligibility
- Returns accepted for defective and non-defective products
- Orders must be delivered in Australia
- Condition: only new items are eligible (unused, in original condition, with packaging and tags)
- Return window: request must be made within 14 calendar days of delivery
- Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges. If you want a different product, please place a new order once your return is processed
How to Start a Return
- Email hello@myshoulderbag.com with subject line “Return Request”
- Include your full name, order number, and reason for return
- We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with approval and instructions
- Do not send items before approval. Unapproved parcels may be refused or delayed
- Returns must be shipped back by mail

Refunds
We keep refunds fast and straightforward:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refund processing time: within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return
- Your bank or card provider may take additional time to release funds
